Varun has established an enviable track record in property, with a number of high-quality refurbishment projects to his name. Having previously run a highly successful management consultancy business in Financial services sector, Varun went on to develop a number of property projects, establishing a portfolio of high-end holiday lets and serviced accommodation units across South Yorkshire and Warwickshire. As the size of Varun’s target development sites grew, Candour Developments was created to take advantage of the significant opportunity that exists to repurpose commercial and industrial buildings, a market that Varun believes is currently underserved; “We now have an unprecedented level of permitted development rights combined with a huge number of redundant commercial sites that are ripe for redevelopment.
